Lowell Weinstein, Chief Donut Taster

Lowell discovered his passion for plants and gardening by running seasonal garden center pop-ups in northern Virginia. When the retiring owner of Reston Farm Market offered him the chance to purchase the business, Lowell saw an opportunity to transform a fading establishment into a beloved community hub and enthusiastically said “YES!”

Under the Weinstein family’s care, Reston Farm Garden Market was revitalized. Lowell applied his expertise to bring in high-quality, in-demand plants, locally sourced food, and garden products. He also introduced family-friendly events, creating a vibrant space for the community to gather.

Lowell’s favorite part of the business? Working with his dedicated team to turn his vision into reality and, of course, taste-testing the freshly baked donuts that have become a customer favorite. Today, Reston Farm Garden Market stands as a thriving, welcoming destination for all things gardening, food, and family fun.

Isaiah has been a cornerstone of the Garden Market since day one, leading our team with enthusiasm and precision. He skillfully manages operations for both our main location and the Reston Farm Neighborhood Garden Markets, seamlessly blending his expertise in people management, organization, strategy, and carpentry.
