Creeping Phlox ‘Emerald Blue’ is a low-growing perennial that brings a blanket of early spring color just as the garden begins to wake up. Its evergreen foliage forms a tidy mat year-round, then bursts into a wash of cool blue flowers that spill beautifully over edges, borders, and stonework.
